鸡肉卷,是一种用烙饼卷着鸡肉的食物。其营养含量达到50%,而在其中加一点绿色蔬菜可以有更多的营养,是一款老少皆宜的食物。
做法:
1. 将黄瓜段去皮,修平内面,修成长方形,切薄片,放入开水锅中烫软,捞出,泡入冷水中至凉。

2.取出黄瓜片,擦干水分,摊平,将1片香菜叶放在黄瓜片的中央,再放入蟹肉棒,红色面朝下,包捲成圆条状,排盘,放入蒸锅中蒸2~3分钟,取出。

3.锅中放入调味料,煮成薄芡汁后,淋在2上即可。
